It Came and Went ... 10 more years until we meet again

It's hard to believe that our 10-year Class Reunion came and went so quickly! It was a great night and everyone seemed to have a fun time. Thanks to those of you that were able to come and help make the night a success! I heard so may saying we need to do it again in 5 years and then celebrate 20 years! For those of you who couldn't make it ... we missed you!

It was fun to see who has changed the most and who hasn't changed at all. As you can see from the photos posted, Anthony Rawson definitely won the award for the one who's changed the most ... thanks for the tune, Anthony! As for the one who fulfilled their high school dreams, Jason Thayer was the taker! Congrats to him for winning 2nd in the world for hooting like an OWL. CLASSIC!! And then there's Jerbrina Johnson ... thanks for driving all the way from Atlanta and delivering such a thoughtful speech. We truly have all come full circle!

Lastly, thanks to Shanda Witzel Pugh!! I don't think I mentioned enough about how much she helped out in the preparation of the reunion. It wouldn't have happened without you!!! I just hate you couldn't be there.

Only Five More Days!

Only five more days until our class reunion and it sounds like it will be a fun time! Just wanted to let you know of one thing those that are interested in, can do on Saturday!

Bring your kids and enjoy meeting everyone else's children too! How fun to see how far most of us have come ... parents! SCARY but what a joy! As a matter of fact, most people have said the their biggest accomplishment is their children! 

So, spread the word ... let's get together at Jason Niles for fun with the kids! 

Other suggestions, guys get together and go hunting or play golf (if it's not too cold) or get together at someone's house ... anything! Just have a fun weekend together! 

This may be one of the last times we'll be able to get together like this!

Countdown to the Reunion

In only 2 weeks from TODAY we'll all be getting together to enjoy ourselves for dinner, drinks, and a little entertainment! Time is Drawing Near

Well, time is drawing near and we have only heard from about 5 or 6 of you guys. I'm sure your RSVPs will start to roll in soon but just want you all to know we would love to do this BUT we can't make this happen without your help. So, send in your RSVPs ASAP, and let us know you're coming with a returned info card and your $30/person! We all want to get together and see each other! It will be a lot of fun! Class Reunion Time

Well, if you're visiting this blog, it's probably because you received a fabulous letter and invite in the mail and you can't wait to know more information about our class reunion! Or you're just wondering what this is all about and if you really want to attend. Well, no matter why you're here, I'm glad you are and want you to know that we're doing all we can to make this time together great! 

Shanda and I had a great time last night talking about where everyone is and how she got in touch with some of you through others and things we can do! We also went through some of my old stuff from high school and even Jr. High and WOW!!! Let's just say we had some good laughs ... mostly at me for keeping all the stuff I did! 

So, start getting ready yourself! We need memorabilia stuff (Old Koz-Hi-Daze, pictures, uniforms, letter jackets, ANYTHING) to have there for the night from everyone! We definitely couldn't have too much. Let Shanda know what you have by emailing her at wshanda@yahoo.com. Thanks!

Keep checking back for updates on opportunities to get together the weekend of November 14 and 15, and get your RSVP in as soon as you can so we can plan and do what we need to make this happen! We need to get in touch with everyone!

Hey you guys! I decided this is the best way to keep everyone connected and on the same page on getting things rolling to planning a reunion. We're definitely months behind but BETTER LATE THAN NEVER! I've worked up an excel list of our class with a few added that moved before we graduated. If there is someone you know that would probably be interested, let me know their info and I'll add them! This is going to require a lot of us grabbing a few names and getting all the info needed. After we have that info, it will just be getting a date set and who's interested to establish how big or small this should be. Let me know what you think!
